About Me
Hello! I’m Rae Negron and I am the founder and principal of Strategy With Intention, LLC. I am an experienced strategic analyst with over a decade of nonprofit and performance management experience. I am a first-generation college and graduate student, holding a Bachelors in Psychology from Colorado State University and a Masters in Social Work from Boston College. I am also a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) in Massachusetts.
After obtaining my Masters, I served as an associate consultant for Mendelsohn, Gittleman and Associates, LLC, designing performance and impact evaluations for nonprofits, school districts and for-profit companies in the Greater Boston area. I then worked at a Boston-based nonprofit startup, Empower Schools, building and overseeing the organization’s business operations including finance, human resources, administration, mergers and acquisitions. I took my suite of skills to a national nonprofit, Equal Justice USA, consulting with grassroots groups that provide services to survivors of violence in underserved communities of color on garnering resources and building capacity.
I was born and raised in Denver, but I now reside in Worcester, MA. I’m a proud mother, wife, auntie and neighbor.
I use my combined knowledge of psychology, social work and organizational development to design tools and strategies tailored to work that centers the needs of historically marginalized communities.
